We hope you enjoy your new purchase, and we’re grateful for your business. We’re a family run company with real human beings (not just web pages and computers), so we really do appreciate your order.

We do our best to offer you the coolest products (that we would buy ourselves), and helpful, responsive customer service. Please note that by purchasing goods from The Shrunks, you have agreed to the following terms:

Order Processing

Orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped within approximately 1 business day from the date your order was placed.
*Please be aware any orders placed on or after a release date will be delayed and may incur up to 48 hours of additional processing time.

The Shrunks’ website currently accepts payment by Visa and MasterCard. All noted currency is listed in US dollars.

Sales Tax

Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address. In this case, the order total that you see at checkout will be adjusted to add in the tax amount appropriate for your location. You can elect to be notified if tax applies to your order by email.

Shipping Method within the USA

We use UPS to ship orders. Packages shipped using UPS are trackable and insured. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund for you. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.

International Shipping Methods and Customs Details

Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country’s laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. The Shrunks will not accept returns resulting from a recipient’s refusal to pay any of these fees. The Shrunks is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.

Shipping Cost

Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. If you wish to check your shipping charges before you make a purchase, add items to your cart and click the “check out” button.
