Warranty & Returns
The Airtight™ 30 DAY RETURN POLICY covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as:
- Leak from air valve
- Leak from broken seam
- Faulty pump
- Broken carrying bag
Note: Normal wear and tear, puncture, abrasion, misuse and abuse of the product is not covered.
Contact us here, and we will arrange to have a replacement sent to you. It’s that simple!
1. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Shrunks Dealer
2. Image of the defective area with description of issue
3. Image of the Warning Area (that notes Manufacture Date and PO #) is required.
Products that are not purchased from an authorized retailer are not covered under our warranty, and may be counterfeit, used, defective or not designed for use in your country. If you choose to purchase from a non-authorized retailer, you purchase at your risk and these products are not valid for warranty or support. We strongly recommend purchasing
genuine Shrunks products only through Authorized Shrunks Retailers and on
Amazon.
While Amazon is an Authorized Shrunks Retailer, many “Marketplace” sellers are not and have been known to trade in counterfeit and used products. Please confirm that Amazon or another authorized retailer is the seller of record.

Registration
We highly recommend you register your product with us. In the unlikely
event of a recall, we will be able to notify you easily. Fill out the
registration form here.
Returns
Request for refund must be made within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase
is required. Product must be unopened, in its original packaging and be
purchased from an Authorized Shrunks Retailer.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products on our
website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see
will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s
display will be an accurate representation of our products.
